Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Curative Title Specialist. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Search and examine chain of title for any liens and judgments
Experience with foreclosure and title search and examination
This position will entail primarily data entry of information into their system. Process orders from file set-up through the searching process. Assemble customer notebooks and send out reports. Type and send out supplemental reports. Purge, scan, and file closed files. Assist title officers with datedowns, judgment info, document search, chains of title. Provide customer service
High volume of data entry
Answer customer calls
Work in a team environment
Performing quality control, checking vesting. Consultation with legal on the mortgage to validate against the commitment and send documents to record following our state / county specific guidelines.
Qualifications:
1+ years of Title knowledge
Escrow experience a plus
Strong data entry
1+ years of curative experience
1+ years of research and risk analysis
