Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our Boerne, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis .
Responsibilities:
This person will be servicing existing clientele
Will handle intake, quoting, binding coverage, certificates of insurance
Responsible for offering current clients additional services
Maintain account information in accordance with established procedures including proper documentation.
Filing daily both active and dead files.
Issue certificates, ID cards, and binders.
Requirements:
Must have current Property and Casualty insurance license.
5+ years of experience working in a similar role
Must have experience working for an independent agent
Commercial insurance experience
HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Word, Excel is required
Working experience with AMS360 is desired
