Our Frisco, TX client is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality service to our customers including DDS, sleep physicians, patients
Assess customer needs regarding product and account information
Processing customer orders
Documenting customer inquiries and feedback, providing applicable reports to RA/QA
Performing data entry into applicable internal databases
Maintain effective communication between sales, marketing, manufacturing, and logistics to effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery requirements
Communicate with RA/QA regarding customer quality concerns
Provide various other customer service duties as requested by members of the Customer Service Department, Management
Qualifications:
High school diploma
2+ years of customer service experience
Dental industry experience a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills and a proven commitment to customer service excellence are required
Outstanding communication skills including written and oral (interface primarily via phone and desktop)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Collaborative and team oriented
