Our Phoenix, AZ client is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Position Overview:
Our Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in our organization by maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing immediate problem- solving solutions. Ideal candidate will possess an outgoing, engaging personality who enjoys helping people.

Job Responsibilities:
Act as the key communicator on client inquiries by phone and email
Input and update information in client profiles
Follow up with clients and ensure issues have been resolve
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
2 years of customer service experience
Individual must excel at problem solving and be able to multi task
Ability to keep calm and possess professional attitude when communicating with clients
Must enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis
Possess a team player and motivated attitude
