Our Fort Worth, TX client is looking for a Director of Client Services on a direct hire basis. This person will be part of the agency trading desk team, who will be responsible for managing client campaigns. This team will be responsible for all aspects of the campaign management including campaign setup and launch, optimization and reporting, and frequent communication to the agency teams. The ideal candidate will have some media buying experience either on the agency or client side and must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Work closely and oversee activities of account team
Ensure the delivery of weekly and monthly reporting with analysis on campaign performance
In-depth understanding of the trading desk platform and ability to execute successful campaigns, keeping in mind client goals and data sources
Lead the strategic direction of existing accounts across multiple teams, offering first class support to ensure excellent delivery at all times and provide valuable takeaways for agency team to communicate to their client(s)
Establish a solid working relationship with the various media-buying agencies
Represent and become the client facing spokesperson for agency and prospecting team when needed
Facilitate the planning and developing of client briefs for new business
Provide strategic recommendations for business growth and identify potential opportunities to grow and evolve existing service offerings
Help to manage existing partner relationships with technology and data providers, as well as provide feedback on specific initiatives to senior level partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Must have managed at a minimum of 10 people
4+ years of agency or client experience working with digital media buying and ad serving platforms and technologies
Serve as subject matter expert and will be responsible for the training and development of the account teams
