Our Plano, TX client is looking for an Director of First Impressions.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

 

Job Summary:
Manage the front desk, including answering phones and taking care of visitors, handle a variety of office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming lines in a professional manner and by the third ring.
Greet all incoming customers and offer refreshments.
Keep coffee/supplies stocked throughout the workday; order coffee supplies as needed.
Maintain conference room schedule, notifying appropriate parties of conflicts; keep conference rooms clean and neat at all times.
Straighten and dust front lobby area and conference rooms as needed.
Assist with internal events as needed.
Maintain, stock, and clean coffee areas and kitchen/breakroom; maintain and clean refrigerator weekly and as needed.
Water office plants weekly and maintain them.
Maintain and add postage to postage meter as needed.
Tally postage totals per employee at end of each month.
Check mail every day and distribute appropriately.
Open all incoming invoices, maintain a record of them in Excel, submit for approval, and file copies.
Update company contact lists.
Call building maintenance and janitorial as needed.
Order all office supplies and keep stocked.
Maintain and organize all supply cabinets weekly.
Order all toner for all machines, keep stocked, and change as needed; keep all office machinery stocked with paper and toner throughout the workday.
Scan, copy, fax, and email documents and materials as requested.
Maintain all incoming and outgoing mail, and runner deliveries.
Maintain log of incoming and outgoing express packages (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Maintain and forward all incoming faxes.
