Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Division Order Analyst for our Houston, TX client on a temporary to possible hire basis.
Our Houston, TX client is currently looking for a Division Order Analyst for a well-respected company.
Responsibilities:
Solve revenue discrepancies
Create ownership records on new and existing wells
Maintain positive and negative suspense records
Responsible for business and regulatory reporting, including escheat reporting
Analyze and interpret title documents i.e., assignments, deeds, probates and trusts.
Provide superior customer service
Assist with outstanding check research
Analysis of transfer documents and other legal documents
Coordinate the documentation required by the purchasers to ensure prompt revenue cash flow
Must adhere to industry standards regarding contracts
Ensure timely payment of royalties consistent with contractual obligations
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years experience
High School Diploma required
Strong analytical skills
Professional certifications from National Association of Division Order Analyst or Houston Association of Division Order Analyst strongly preferred
Ability to work overtime as required
Proficient with MS Excel and Word
Experience with Quorum or similar division order system preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision
