Our client in Arlington, TX Is looking for a Drafter. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Duties:
Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.
Draft technical details.
Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
Draw in minute details of structures.
Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase.
Use Autocad and Revit to create functional drawings. v11 or later
Create and store drawings electronically.
Prepare variations of design.
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.
Develop wiring and layout diagrams used by workers who erect, install, and repair electrical equipment and wiring.
Requirements:
High school diploma a must, college experience preferred
Knowledge of Autocad v11 or later with 4+ years experience
Knowledge of Revit a big plus
Ability to work seated for extended periods of time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
