Our Franklin TN client is looking for an Engineering Technician to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must have excellent oral, written, and mathematical skills. They will be working hand in hand with Engineers on a day-to-day basis.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years technical training or experience preferred
Mechanical and mathematics problem solving skills are essential
Great communication skills are a must
High School diploma required
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting application Engineers in all phases of the design, development, production, and testing of new and existing product
Operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, tools, and machinery
Assisting with daily operations; including shipping, rework and inspection of material, and maintenance of the building and equipment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, and understand and perform technical instructions
