Our Grapevine, TX client is seeking a contract HR Metrics Analyst who, under general supervision, will be responsible for conducting and documenting moderately complex financial analysis projects.
DUTIES:
Responsible for performing financial analysis functions such as budget, spending forecast analysis, competitive analysis, investment analysis, contract evaluation, product/service agreement analysis and funding, etc.
Coordinating financial information with accounting, tax, legal and other departments including identification, research and resolution of discrepancies in financial reports.
Analyze requirements for new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
Coordinate and complete special projects as required.
Complex monthly and quarterly Global HR Metrics Package including headcount, attrition and salary analysis.
Headcount and expense variance analysis and forecast for HR department and coordination with Finance and Accounting.
1st level systems administration for Taleo including password reset, access troubleshooting, data feed monitoring and issues research.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Advanced computer software skills – including advanced Microsoft Excel required.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills required
Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts as well as HR statistics required.
Systems aptitude with ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze issues preferred.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
SAP adhoc reporting experience preferred.
Contract term – April 15 – August 31 – approximately 4.5 months
