Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Help Desk Technician for our Coppell client on a direct hire basis.
General Job Functions:
Your day to day tasks will involve answering inbound telephone calls, walk-ups and/or emails from both customers and internal staff.
Summary of Position:
Provide Application “technical help desk” support on a periodic assigned basis.
Provide “IT help desk” support for internal staff, performing tasks such as laptop staging and general IT troubleshooting.
Hold a role in the growth of IT infrastructure strategic growth plans.
Follow and enhance existing procedures for employee provisioning and termination.
Collaborate with Software Development group via daily “dev-ops” stand-up meetings to solve customer issues with our Application.
Collaborate closely with Customer Operations group for customer issue escalations.
Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in technical support role.
High school diploma required
A passion for helping people.
A love of discovering, learning and supporting software applications.
An ability to understand and perform highly technical tasks and procedures.
Knowledge in Google Apps for Business or mobile device provisioning is a plus.
A professional approach, with attention to detail and a passion for process-driven development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly refined inter-personal skills; highly effective presentation skills.
