Our Farmers Branch client is looking for an HR Generalist on a contract basis.
General Job Functions:
Responsible for providing functional support in various areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee/labor relations; wage and salary administration; personnel records; benefits administration; and special projects.
Summary of Position:
Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to management in employee relations, employee transactions,career development, salary administration and regulatory and internal compliance programs.
Working with Management, develops plans and/or communications to ensure successful launch and implementation of HR initiatives/projects.
Provide interpretation and counsel on policies and procedures.
Utilizes HRIS information and other business information, develops and provides reports; performs in-depth analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
PHR Certification preferred
Minimum of three (3) years prior related experience is required.
Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
