Our client in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their team on a Temp to Possible Hire basis.
This is a stable, well-established company that is looking for someone wanting a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a personal lines insurance department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Process quotes
Take customer calls to learn their insurance needs
Basic office support – data entry, filing, printing/faxing, etc
Maintain excellent customer service
Requirements:
2+ years experience in an insurance setting, preferably licensed or ability to complete test soon
Previous Personal Lines experience is ideal
Strong customer service approach to work
Self-motivated and dependable
Strong computer skills
