Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Dallas, TX client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide Sales Support to several international sales agents and showrooms both internationally and domestically
Checking Stock
Providing lead time and availability information
Reserving Fabric/Sending CFA’s
Proposing alternate fabrics and upselling
Creating Quotes
General product and after sales support
Calculating shipping costs
Processing orders including payment
Facilitating shipment of orders
Custom order requests (fabrics and rugs)
Accountable for net 30 accounts
Compiling and sending account balance
Back Order Reporting statements

Position Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years customer service experience, preferably in high-end/luxury consumer products
College degree required
Excellent Computer Skills
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to work well as part of a larger team
Fluency in one or more foreign language is highly desirable
