Our Downtown Austin client is looking for an IT Supervisor to join their team for a direct hire opportunity. This is a well established company that offers fantastic benefits and a great workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving network, client and software issues quickly and efficiently
Proactively analyze and maintain critical IT systems such as Exchange, internet connectivity and firewall, Q (association management system), AMS (agency management system), ChoiceMail (anti-spam) and ARCA(backup and recovery system)
Analyze and resolve client and network issues reported by users
Create, refine, produce and distribute reports, extracts and queries requested by users
Create and execute SQL queries
Create, test , deploy and maintain Crystal Report definitions
Analyze user requests and identify the best platform to use: QRS or Crystal Reports
Prepare and deliver the annual member Data Reconciliation of IIABA database to client’s database used for dues calculations to IIABA
Manage the daily backup process and restore files and folders upon request
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience with SQL or Crystal Reports
Degree preferred or work equivalent
Must be able to multitask and work on several projects at once
Requires ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
