Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Land Associate for our Plano, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.

Summary of Position:
Assist the Land department with the ordering and/or preparation of copies of various due diligence items for distribution to interoffice and/or the field.
Manage and maintain Land database and related reports.
Create and maintain electronic subdivision folders in Buzzsaw and file folders for subdivisions.
Create lot/address lists for distribution and upload to the Land database and/or Buzzsaw.
Prepare information packages for consultants to conduct soil analysis and coordinate meetings accordingly. Monitor soil testing and soil remediation process.
Request contract proposals.
Prepare routine status reports.
Distribute soil and water injection test results.
Process Soil Remediation Invoices.
Review invoices for accuracy.
Code invoices.
Prepare check requests.
Distribute payments.
Process Homeowners Association Dues (HOA) invoices.
Review HOA invoices for accuracy.
Code HOA invoices.
Prepare check requests for HOA invoices.
Distribute payments.
Maintain Land archives.
Review Title Commitments with Legal Counsel as needed.
Coordinate with Developers to resolve any and all title issues or defects.
Administer land and lot purchase contracts.
Communicate with Developers to ensure that projects (lots) are developed in accordance with Highland’s standard requirements for substantial completion.
Prepare TCEQ Notice of Intent, Compliance Packages for all sites and maintain all permit files.
Managed, monitor and respond accordingly with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Requirements:
Two years of Business experience in a professional environment preferred.
Prior project management coordination experience preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, engineering, or construction management preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others.
Ability to focus on short-term and long-term goals simultaneously.
Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
Excellent communicator (oral and written) including the desire to ask questions and learn from others.
Strong administrative and data management skills.
Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Ability to work confidently and professionally with Company management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and familiar with the Internet required.
Prior experience with Buzzsaw software a plus.
