Our Dallas , TX client is seeking a Manager of Recruitment on a Direct Hire basis.

Position Summary:
The Manager of Recruitment is responsible for selecting, training, managing, leading and developing a large team of high volume Sales, Marketing and Call Center Recruiters in multiple states.  This position is also responsible for managing the recruiting budget, developing talent acquisition strategies and maintaining all relevant recruiting systems. This position also manages staff responsible for recruiting support and pre-employment verification processing.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Recruiting team, providing leadership and coaching, to ensure the team is continually developed and focused on meeting desired staffing levels within each market/location
Maintain and develop bonus and commission plans to incentivize team to deliver results
Educate team and hold accountable for the development of sourcing strategies which use a variety of techniques and resources
Negotiate rates and terms for national and local advertising strategies and maintain associated contracts
Develop interview techniques and methods of assessing candidates to fit company culture
Partner with Executive leadership to understand current staffing needs and forecast future staffing needs
Create and monitor Recruiter productivity reports
Maintain professional knowledge and best practices in recruitment and training by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Minimum 3 years experience leading a team/managing direct reports,
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Experienced in social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to job analysis, networking, sourcing etc.
Demonstrated success in developing recruiting strategies, measuring performance and driving process improvement
Demonstrated ability to prioritize delivery deadlines in a demanding results-driven environment
Demonstrated knowledge of current employment laws
