JOB SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, maintains, repairs and installs commercial electrical equipment/ systems. Ensures that all electrical work is done in accordance with City, State and Federal Electrical Codes and any other duties as may be required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Operate, maintain and repair commercial electrical equipment for lighting, power, heating and air-conditioning
2.Strong Background in commercial electrical maintenance work as well as in a data center environment
3.Check, test and repair transformers, motors and motor controls and VFDs.
4.Install new distribution panels, breakers and circuits for light and power.
5.Ability to work on high voltage (15 KV and below) systems
6.Maintain and expand when required all building control system networks and devices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master Electrician License
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate
- Five (5) years prior experience working in the electrical industry as a Master Licensed Electrician.
- Prior data center electrical experience is highly preferred
