Our Frisco, TX client is looking for an Medical Claims Insurance Collector on a contract basis.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
This individual will be calling to follow up on old claims and entering data into system
Minimum 2 years of experience in collections role
Must possess professional phone etiquette
High level knowledge-health claims submission process
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
