Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Medical Data Entry Specialist for our Hurst, TX client, located in the Medical Center , for a temporary opportunity.
Medical terminology experience is required for this role. The client is going through a change in their medical EMR, and they need assistance with a large amount of data entry. This project is estimated to last approximately 30 days.
Schedule:
Hours are somewhat flexible but should run typically between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Tuesdays are from 7am to 7pm. M, W, Th are from 7am – 4pm. Fridays will end closer to 1:00pm.
Duties:
Data entry of medical information into a medical EMR
Previous experience utilizing an EMR. Candidates with eClinicalWorks experience will be given preference.
Will assist the center director administratively
Requirements:
1+ year in an administrative capacity in a medical office
MS Office experience is preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A great attitude with a strong aptitude working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
High school diploma required, preference given to candidates have had medical terminology training
