Our Houston, TX client is looking for a Member Specialist to join their team on a Direct Hire basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent Customer Service approach to their work with some experience in a sales environment. This position will report to the Regional Manager to understand trends and financial needs of members.
Position Responsibilities:
Accurately provide paying and receiving service to members.
Handling and securing large volumes of cash and other negotiable items.
Provide immediate, accurate, efficient and courteous service to members.
Continuously learn new and existing products through sales aids (features, benefits, fees, etc.).
Successfully sell company products and services to achieve set goals.
Ability to execute follow up sales techniques
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills marked by a high level of professionalism with sales perspective.
Ability to handle multiple tasks within specified deadlines
A self motivated individual who can work independently with a strong initiative.
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience
Sales, cashier or other money-handling experience desire
Client service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional in appearance and demeanor
