Our Austin, TX client is in need of a Microstation Designer/Technician on a Direct Hire basis.
This is an opportunity to join an established, well-reputed company with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate is a strong team-player with sufficient experience to not only remain in production but also mentor junior staff members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build standards and processes for Microstation
Plan and profile production for roadway and/or utility projects
Assist with plan production
Ensure timely project delivery
Work with additional staff to provide quality design products
Ability to work with project cradle-to-grave
Requirements:
6-8 years of Microstation Experience is required
Proficiency in GeoPak, Axiom, and related programs
Thorough understanding of workspaces
Team player with ability to mentor junior staff while remaining in production
Associates degree in CADD/Drafting preferred
AutoCAD experience required
