Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Professional for our Irving, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Job Duties:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Escalating questions to management
Confirming clear title
Reviewing loan documents
QC of HUD
Ensuring accuracy
Requirements:
High school diploma a must
2+years of working with mortgage files
Prefer National experience
Excellent communication skills
Very detail oriented and organized
Able to follow policies and procedures
Able to answer high volume calls
Foreclosure experience is a plus
Mortgage release is a huge plus
