Our Mt Juliet, TN mortgage client is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Partner / Processor to join their team on a Direct Hire basis.
The applicant will be the initial point of contact for new loan applicants that are seeking pre-approval. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the mortgage industry. They offer a great team and a very fun and fast paced environment in which to work and grow.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer Partner, you will be responsible for determining if borrowers are pre-approved and understanding DTI and credit requirements. Experience in the mortgage industry is Required!
Additional responsibilities for the Mortgage Loan Officer Partner/ Processor include:
Calling on perspective clients
Taking residential mortgage loan applications, pulling credit reports and analyzing them
Running DO/DU – automated underwriting
Researching loan programs and structure loans
Job Requirements:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer Partner, you will have to have at least one year of prior mortgage industry experience including extensive knowledge of automated underwriting (DO) and analyzing credit reports.
Additional requirements for the Mortgage Loan Officer Partner include:
Organized , able to multi-task and work well in a team environment
Knowledge of Calyx Point and Avista a plus
Must have a great attitude and personality
Enjoy conversing with clients and real estate age
