Our Nashville, TN (Green HIlls) client is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer to join their mortgage lending department at their growing, locally based bank for 25-30 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience processing FHA, VA and Conventional, USDA and THDA Mortgage loans.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Reviews loan packages for completeness
Obtains supporting documentation for credit evaluation and subsequent processing and closing
Processes loan documents per investor and agency guidelines
Prepares reports relating to loan volume, rate comparisons and loan status; prior experience with FHA, VA and Conventional, USDA and THDA Mortgage loans and be able to provide administrative support as needed
High School diploma and some college; with at least two years relevant lending experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have current mortgage loan processing experience. Please do not apply if your processing experience is not current
Must have prior experience with FHA, VA and Conventional, USDA and THDA Mortgage loans
Experience working with automated loan underwriting systems is preferred
