Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Mortgage Servicer for our Dallas, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
We are seeking a mortgage professional who will have the oversight of a division of mortgage processors and understands every step of the loan origination process and can provide daily direction to increase efficiency and grow the team of processors.
Job Duties:
Daily support of the operations manager
Hands on supervision throughout file transport within operation
Training and mentoring support staff
Verification of file completeness
Creating best practices for company operations
Requirements:
High school diploma a must
College degree a big plus
Knowledge of various types of mortgages to include HUD loans
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not a requirement
Proven ability to grow a team
Supervision of mortgage operations for 3-4+ years experience
Intermediate-high level Word and Excel experience
