Our Plano, TX client is seeking a Mortgage Title Examiner for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is paying $16 to $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Researching real estate records and examining property title
Researching specific details of the title
Maintain all information gathered revolving around a title
Working closely with legal department
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1-3 years of recent experience working as a Title Examiner required
Stable work history
Strong attention to detail and multi task
Great knowledge of the Mortgage industry
Prefer someone with a legal background, but not required
This position is an immediate need.
