Our Arlington, TX client is seeking a .Net Application Developer on a contract to possible hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop web/desktop applications, WPF/WCF services and Windows services, working in Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework 3.0-4.0
Write and maintain Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 (R2) scripts
Develop and maintain system interfaces
Improve in-house developed tools
Write technical specs and document applications
Provide input regarding business issues and solutions
Requirements:
Minimum BA in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
.Net certification
3-5 years’ experience in .NET development
1 -2 years’ experience in MS SQL 2005/2008
Experience in defining/analyzing ERDs, data models, and physical database designs
Must be able to work in a small environment
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Experience in complete development cycle
Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SharePoint development HIGHLY preferred
Basic networking skills
