Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a .Net Developer for our Mansfield client on a direct hire basis.
The Internet Business team is responsible for multiple Ecommerce and back office applications written on .NET development platforms. The Web Developer analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, assists in testing and documents software. Participates in all phases of the software development cycle and is responsible for new and existing applications. Responds quickly to issues brought by customers and employees.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Evaluates new or modified programs based on user requests and produces a draft of technical specifications including an early estimate of time.
Develops, tests and implements applications using C#, .Net, SQL
Server 2005/2008, Visual Studio 2008/2010, Silverlight, XML, JavaScript, AJAX and SharePoint portal
Develops real-time applications for use in a multiplatform environment supporting globalization
Conduct unit and integration system tests; monitors test results; and takes required corrective action.
Develops configurations for complex solutions for existing or new applications
Develops, tests and implements Solutions based on latest technologies, techniques and market trends.
Requires thorough understanding of web-based Microsoft technologies
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year experience in Web Development using .Net, C# and SQL Server 2005/2008 and Microsoft web related technologies.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Thorough knowledge of .Net Framework 3.5 and above, C#, Web Services, Visual Studio 2008 and 2010, XML, JavaScript and SQL Server 2005/2008
Knowledge of Silverlight, SharePoint, and AJAX preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
Self starter and able to find issues and resolve them with limited direction
Preferred:
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for .Net
Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) for .Net
Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCSD) for .Net
