Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Oracle WMS Programmer Analyst for our  Dallas, TX client on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities:
The Programmer Analyst will work as a member of the company’s Application Development team to implement, support and enhance Oracle’s E-Business Suite for Warehouse Management and Manufacturing applications. This person will work with functional departments to obtain an understanding of the business requirements and use the company’s systems to support various business processes.  This individual should be prepared to resolve business cases and issues by working closely with users to develop functional and technical solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and administer Oracle Warehouse Management including Pick, Pack and Shipment processes.  Demonstrated knowledge of WMS rule setup and deployment and experience with Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) setup and execution.  Experience with label configuration and printing strategies.  Solid understanding of the Shipping Execution and interface with Oracle WMS.
Be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle including, architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and support of reporting applications to be used internally by our employees.
Interface with other teams and departments to develop new and modify existing reporting applications.
End-to-end application development process, including analysis, design, development, testing, debugs, deployment, documentation, development and maintenance.
Responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient solutions for diverse and complex business problems. This person will be capable of completing the detail design phase of a project by preparing application specifications.
This position is responsible for the design, coding, unit and system testing, documentation, assisting in training and implementation of projects, programs, work flows, etc. which are assigned by the Project Manager or Project Leader.
This position is responsible for maintaining a very high level of technical expertise on all operating systems, software and hardware platforms.
Work with users to fully document requirements and test scripts.
Provide support to users.
Build and implement required applications to support new business requirements.
Document and deliver technical specifications.
Experience in translating Functional specifications into Technical designs, coding, testing and final deployment.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
5+ years systems analysis experience
3+ years working with various modules in a highly complex environment
Proven experience with Oracle’s E-Business Suite (R12 highly preferred 11.5.10 acceptable).
Proven experience with Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Experience with Oracle core Manufacturing applications.
Experience in a systems development position including all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle; including requirements definition, technical designs, coding, testing and implementation.
Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow. SOA Suite, Fusion Middleware experience preferred.
Business knowledge in one of the following is desired: Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Build, Order-to-Cash, and Call-to-Resolution in Oracle.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills a good listener with a team player attitude, problem solving, negotiation, issue management, and mediation, and have good technical documentation skills are essential for this position.
Ability to work in fast paced environment being self motivated, pleasantly aggressive and assertive, realistically ambitious with high personal ethics.
Develop a professional relationship with co-workers and end-users with a positive influence. Have the discipline to follow established methodology while seeking ways to improve the process.
