We have partnered with a Downtown Dallas growing law firm who is has an opening for an experienced Paralegal to assist in their oil & gas business ventures. Experience with title opinions for oil, gas and other minerals will be most beneficial, but is not required. Prior experience working with securities is required Duties and responsibilities include summarizing real estate documents and with reviewing or preparing title opinions. Ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, have a take charge work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to multi-task, prioritize, and work both individually as well as a team player.
