Our Spring, TX Client is seeking a Parts/Sales Manager to join their team on a Direct Hire basis.
Purpose:
The central purpose of the position is to provide professional and efficient support to the US Operations of a global company.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of warehouse to maintain proper levels and support customer demand
Assist customers in selecting required parts and suggest companion components Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and shipping status
Prepare parts for shipping, verifying proper part is being sent to appropriate client
Set up orders for shipment and delivery
Receiving, unpacking, and stocking spare parts for inventory
Quoting spare parts to customers in support of planned and unplanned maintenance
Customer service approach and excellent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Perform various office management tasks
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a similar role
Familiarity with pumps, high pressure, and hydraulic parts is a plus
Work well within a small team
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong management and organizational skills
Working mechanical knowledge of parts/components
Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
Professional etiquette and ability to work well with international offices
Bilingual is a plus
