Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Patent Analyst on a contract to hire basis. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Job Summary:
The Patent Analyst will need to have training in Electrical Engineering as well as be able to put claims in terms that could be understood by the average person. The scope of work will include translation, leveraging contacts, researching Google, and assisting the patent litigation team.
Essential Functions:
Collaborating with other analysts to meet main goal. Researching Google and grasping information as it comes. Ability to move in a fast paced environment and adjust to constant change is required.
Education:
BS in Engineering- a plus if Electrical Engineering
Experience And Skills:
5+ year experience in the engineering field. Skills to your advantage would be Microsoft Link, Access, and telecommunications.
