Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for our North Dallas, TX client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.
Job Purpose:
Ensure that scrum teams are fully functional and productive and to provide management with reports that demonstrate project progress.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage and drive multiple large technology development or implementation projects, or multiple small software development projects, from inception to completion. Builds and maintains close relationships with key individuals within the various business groups, and works to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Resolve project issues, mitigates risks, and manages scope change requests. Ensure completion of project deliverables in a timely manner. Monitor delivery of projects and escalates issues when necessary.
Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
Becomes a business subject matter expert on all managed projects
Manages project teams of 1-10 resources, including external contractors / consultants.

Removes impediments
Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
Shield the team from external interferences
Required Skills and Abilities:
5 or more years information technology project management experience with demonstrated scrum master experience
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Advanced project management skills; Strong mediation and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and relationship skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Scrum Master Certification (SMC)
Project Management experience in an Agile environment
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated leadership experience
