Our Plano, TX client is seeking a Project Support Engineer on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Programming and testing on line surveys and generating report based on client needs
- Experience programming and in design of surveys in HTML, ASP, VB.Net, Excel, CS
- Handle key business relationships for support tickets
- Generate reports for end clients
- Project management handling 5-10 clients at one time
Requirements:
- Experience as a programmer in a Windows Environment
- Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, PHP/ASP, VB.Net, SQL, MySQL, Excel, Access or other database applications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and manage deadlines efficiently
- Experience with client relationship management with a broad range of personalities
- Work well on a team
- High attention to detail is essential
