Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal :
Our client, A large Title company is seeking a career real estate paralegal, skilled at:
Preparing for residential and commercial closings,
Reviewing title, survey and other real estate due diligence (including leases)
Drafting notice letters
Negotiating SNDA’s, estoppel certificates, and other documents related to commercial and residential closings
We seek someone who is independent, proactive and organized who can work well with a number of people and also seamlessly work on multiple matters at any given time
Additionally, solid computer skills and organizational skills are a MUST for this position. 2- 5 years experience +
Must also have excellent knowledge of foreclosure experience and Risk assessment.
Currative experience is a big plus
