Our Houston, TX client located in The Galleria area is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a Temporary to Possible Hire basis.
This is an opportunity to join a global company who is building their presence in the Houston market. This position carries many responsibilities and requires someone who is very capable at multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience in a professional environment, is extremely reliable, has excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette skills, and is very organized.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, directing them to appropriate personnel and always maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor
Handle multi-line phones and redirect calls with politeness and professional etiquette
Assists with ad hoc projects as needed
Serve as administrative support for manager when necessary
Requirements
HS diploma and some college is preferred
2+ years receptionist experience in a professional environment
Basic to Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities with ease
Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills/phone etiquette
