About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a master of connecting with people and networking to help people achieve career growth and match them with our outstanding clients in the Austin market and throughout the United States.
Recruit and pipeline professionals across multiple fields: accounting/finance, human resources, information technology, engineering, oil & gas, and administrative roles.
Perform interviews and network throughout the local market to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the local team to help drive business and continue to brand market.
Utilize up and coming technology to assist in the recruiting process.
Maintain contacts and build relationships daily.
Set goals and strive to attain those goals to push yourself and your team to the next level.
Requirements:
At least one year in a staffing role.
College degree preferred.
Excellent technical and communication skills.
