Our Little Rock, AR multi-site healthcare services, client is seeking a Regional Manager – Healthcare with 5+ years in clinical operations to join their team.
Position Description:
This person will be managing up 5 multi-site facilities in Arkansas. This person will be responsible for the overall success, growth and operations of each facility and will have a team of Managers that report directly to them.
Position Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a finance or healthcare focus
Must have experience in healthcare operations and managing more than one healthcare facility. Preferably experience managing 5 multi-site clinics
Must have corporate experience
Five plus years of experience managing multi-site healthcare facilities
Experience in outpatient services and/or managing a large physician group and/or medical device industry with operations experience is a plus
Needs strong sales mentality and initiative
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Must have the ability to grow, mentor and coach a team
Experience with both large and mid-size organizations is a plus
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. (All domestic/mostly same day travel)
Demonstrated ability to lead by example
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of various software programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
