Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for inputting all emails, documents, pertinent information, communication into Ramquest and Filescan.
Responsible for entering and uploading surveys to vendor or customer website if available.
Responsible for reviewing surveys per ORSITE checklist and customer requirements within 24 hours of receipt.
Responsible for sending comments and/or revisions to surveyor and procuring revised survey within the designated, contractual time frame.
Responsible for reviewing client comments, submitting to surveyor, and procurement of revised survey within contractual time frame.
Responsible for follow up, obtaining and submission of final surveys to customer for procurement of approval.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED:
Ability to work from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Monday through Friday.
Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.
Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
Ability to accept supervision.
Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must check in with supervisor daily before leaving for the day.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work with confidential industry information.
Familiar with commercial land surveys
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by supervisor.
Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
