Our client in Allen, TX is looking for a Sales Order Processor for a contract to possible hire opportunity. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Position Description:
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate entry and processing of field orders
Ability to enter a high volume of orders paying close attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high desire for quality work and accuracy
Perform necessary audits on incoming orders validating that the information provided is complete, accurate, and within company policy guidelines
Set up new accounts, contracts and purchase orders, maintain customer database, prepare reports and perform account reconciliations as necessary
Provide consistent feedback to management working towards continuous improvement
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years experience in Sales or field order entry capacity
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong analytical and decision making skills
PC proficiency required (data entry, Microsoft office suite)
Experience with a computer sales system required
Microsoft Navision experience preferred
