Our client in Carrollton, TX Is looking for a Salesforce.com Business Analyst . The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Define customer driven business requirements as part of the information system team building new systems and processes. Responsible for development of documentation, business requirements, logical data and process design for operational and financial systems IS’ supports. Utilizes industry experience to design and execute features that enhance business processes. This is a senior level Salesforce Business Analyst. Candidates should have experience working multiple areas of the Salesforce Application, experience with portals, experience working with/migrating multiple organizations.

Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts.
Technical experience includes various phases of SDLC e.g. Requirement Analysis; Design and testing.
Build Strategic Partnerships/Relationships via excellent client relationship management skills, Business Analysis and Technical Writing skills.
In depth experience in acting as a Liaison between IT & business by managing relationship.
Assist in problem and issue resolution with project, product manager and Report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.
Create project related documents including system requirements; requirement traceability matrix and work with QA team in documenting System test scripts.
Work with the cross functional teams in helping them create quality design documents and in developing quality Products within the scheduled timeline.
Lead small tasks and business process analysis sessions.
Participate in small team design sessions, contributing to the overall design.
Organize, participate, and conduct application walk-throughs, and other internal presentations.
Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates.
Identify & Contribute to process improvement activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
Organize and manage software roadmap by participating in client discussions to determine top priority features.
Provide monthly feedback to the executive team on product roadmap and updates to customer facing documentation.
Support operational and financial systems/applications used by internal community.
Assist and analyze financial and operational reports used by management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
College degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years experience in Business Analysis with exposure to project management and/or technical writing.
Exposure to various development methodologies including RUP & Agile procedures.
This is a senior level Salesforce Business Analyst. Candidates should have experience working multiple areas of the Salesforce Application, experience with portals, experience working with/migrating multiple organizations.
Knowledge of SQL a plus
Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Prefer candidates with multi-family real estate or financial reporting experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to work overtime.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and detail oriented.
Active participation in related User Groups and previous Dreamforce participants and attendees
