Our Katy, TX client is in need of multiple Customer Service Associates for a contract position that is expected to last 30 days.

There are close to 15 positions available for this role. Candidates must be available to work a shift somewhere between 7:00 am and 12:00 am. There are part time and full time positions available. Everyone must be available to interview immediately and then train from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm starting the week of January 6th and be able to work 5 full days without missing any days. All candidates must have availability to work both Saturday and Sunday, nights, days and holidays. Interviews will be held on December 26th and December 28th.

Answers incoming calls or incoming chats in a professional manner.
Handles and resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots problems and provides information.
Responds to customer inquiries.
Researches required information using available resources.
Provides customers with product and service information.
Processes orders, forms and applications.
Identifies and escalates priority issues.
Routes calls to appropriate resource.
Follows-up with customer calls where necessary.
Completes call logs.
Completes call requests.

MUST have documented customer service experience, either in a call center, retail environment, front desk role, etc.
MUST have strong data entry skills and be able to compose professional email correspondence.
MUST be able to work a flexible schedule and be available from 7:00 am to 12:00 am each day of the week. (schedules are published usually 2 weeks ahead of time.)
