Our Richmond, TX client is in need of a Senior Drilling & Completions Recruiter for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Duties:
Utilize online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources in recruiting efforts
Provide market and personnel resource planning according to specific needs of E&P Clients, targeting the recruiting efforts for Drilling/ Completion Petroleum Engineers, Offshore/ Onshore Supervisors, Operations Superintendents, Drilling Managers, HSE Specialists, Rig Audit Specialists, Drilling Equipment Specialists, Subsea Engineers, Project Specialists, Project Services Managers, Logistics Coordinators/ Rig Clerks
Work with department heads to identify job requirements and understand their business needs
Conduct research to create job descriptions and maintain an existing job description log, as well as to create effective job postings
Generate revenue by actively and strategically recruiting the highest caliber of candidates, that possess the client’s desired skills and experience
Participate in operations meetings, prioritize client orders, and allocate recruiting resources
Develop a network of candidates and maintain an internal database of qualified candidates
Analyze candidate, by prescreening and evaluating skills and experience
Check candidate references & make recommendations to management for contract/ hire
Client/ consultant liaison
Self-prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and complete assignments with minimal supervision
Work with senior executives, business development, and project directors in a team environment
Stay apprised of changes in clients’ businesses and forecasting their staffing needs
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to resolve employee and client situations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of experience working for a consulting firm/recruiting for Drilling & Completions positions (both onshore and offshore)
Must have established contacts in the Drilling & Completions community
Must be very detail oriented, very personable and driven to succeed
