Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst for our Dallas,TX client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.

General Job Functions:
Under general direction, the senior HRIS Analyst will work within the HR department, reporting directly to the Vice President of HR.  The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, accuracy and proper use of HR information retrieved from the systems and be a functional analyst serving as liaison with the HR Functional teams and IT Technical team, supporting the HR Team with technology and reporting requests.  This individual will also develop, maintain and complete management reports and statistical information and reports.  This position is responsible for maintaining functionality of UltiPro.  Ultimately, the Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the HR department subject matter expert for UltiPro.

Summary of Position:
Develop, deliver, and enhance HR Metrics, dashboards and reports for distribution to HR and Executive Management
Develop, deliver, and maintain interfaces with 3rd party vendors.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all applications used in Human Resources; researching and resolving HRIS issues
Responsible for maintaining security permission lists and roles.
Create, maintain and analyze ad hoc requests from all levels of the organization
Develop and provide timely delivery of accurate reports using UltiPro and Cognos delivered reporting and other reporting tools.
Prepare compensation information as requested.
Maintains the HR Information System in support of Human resources administration and special projects, configures/enhances system as necessary to ensure the most effective operations
Provides functional production support for HR Applications, HR Reporting, developing functional specifications for applications development and/or modification, conducting work flow analyses, evaluating systems changes required to support HR functions and for designing & implementing test plans to validate those changes.
Recommends, tests, trains, documents, implements and plans for improvements, enhancements and new applications to various systems.
Collaborate with users to develop, maintain and distribute custom queries.
Research, analyze and recommend solutions to various HR automation issues to improve the efficiency of HR Operations.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train internal customers on processes/functionality

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent experience is required
A minimum 5 years HRIS experience is required
Experience with UltiPro, including UTA, is required
The ability to write SQL queries is required
Strong with Cognos 7 and 10, Org Plus, Excel and Access desired
Knowledge of market data applications; Mercer desired
The ability to manage multiple projects and provide problem analyses and resolutions at the strategic level is required
Solid understanding of core HR business practices (HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, HR Shared Services) and ability to develop solutions to technology-related business problems /opportunities
Experience in business process re-engineering, gathering requirements, writing functional specs, developing solutions, and integration of business systems across multiple business units
Exceptional analytical skills in working with large data sets, communicating data findings; experience establishing and tracking program metrics as well as the ability to identify problems and systematically gather relevant information to see root causes of correction/ data integrity issues
Demonstrated ability to work independently  but remain a cohesive and cooperative member of a team and adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
Excellent project management, communication and organization skills
High trust and integrity; able to maintain confidential information
