Our Grand Prairie, TX client is looking for a Senior Loan Processor on a contract to possible hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Review loan packages for completeness
Obtain supporting documentation for credit evaluation and subsequent processing and closing
Process loan documents per investor and agency guidelines
Prepare reports relating to loan volume, rate comparisons and loan status
Requirements:
Four+ years Conventional and FHA/VA loan processing experience and Tax return analysis REQUIRED
Must have the ability to meet deadlines & manage a pipeline of 60+ loans
Possess a self motivated attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment
Thorough knowledge of income and asset analysis, credit report review, closing policy, procedure knowledge, underwriting requirements, government & agency requirements and mortgage loan document and RESPA requirements
Thorough knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
Must be proficient in MS Office (EXCEL, WORD) along with knowledge of Calyx Point 8.2 mortgage software
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
