Our client in Plano, TX Is looking for an Sr. Loan Processor on a Direct Hire basis.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Responsibilities:
Review files in progress daily with Operations Manager
Stack files and verify/update homework list
Follow instruction on the SetUp Checklist, the Processor Checklist as well as the LO Officer Checklist or Notes
Appraisal, Survey, Flood Certs, VOEs, VODs, VORs, Full RMCRs, Title Work, Loan Payoffs, Second Lien Subordination Agreements, etc.
Pull processor reports every morning by 8:30am as well as review and assess the reports
Make report corrections as needed and turn in to operations manager at the end of every business day
Process loans in progress – Submit to Underwriting as per the loan file flow
Files must be presented to underwriting in an approvable manner with according to the processing/underwriting checklist and company policies and overlays
Submit files within 7 days, with little or no conditions
Upon loan approval, print out Loan approval and review any conditions needed.  Request all conditions needed from the borrower immediately – Be firm in specifying the absolute drop dead date on the return of those items in order for them to make their closing date
Send appraisals and acknowledgements to buyer when received to be signed
Submit conditions to the underwriter allow 24 hours for your final approval
Complete clear to close process in a minimum of 2 business days prior to closing – Once you receive your clear to close, you will upload the closing request package per you closing request checklist, and input your required dates
Verify all title company fees and inform Operations Manager if there is a problem Verify that the HUD-1 has been given to us a minimum of 1 day prior to closing for all files – If a HUD-1 is not received 24 hours PRIOR to closing, contact the appropriate party (i.e., title company, closing dept)
Once HUD approval has been given, call the borrower and review the final numbers, answer any questions and thank them for the business
Run LPs/DU or other AU systems as needed

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years processing FHA, VA,USDA and Conventional Loans
Candidate must be extremely organized and able to multi-task
Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines required as well as the automated systems used for these programs
Candidate must be able to efficiently maintain a pipeline of 20 to 30 loans a month
Working knowledge of Calyx Point is preferred
Required to have a Strong working Knowledge FNMA and Loan Prospector automated systems
