Our Lewisville, TX client is looking for a Senior Security Engineer:

Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
Possess Archer Certified Expert
Other certifications which are also helpful include the Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
Knowledge of corporate level security systems and implementation procedures, corporate and government security regulations, company security software products, domain structures, user authentication, user profiles, and digital signatures.
At least two years of hands-on technical experience with Archer eGRC Smart Suite Framework.
Eight or more years of experience in information systems security or computer operations

Job Description:
Works under limited direction of the Information Security Officer to oversee development and implementation of enterprise-wide security solutions.
This specific position will be focused on the design, configuration of risk management functions throughout the company using the “Archer GRC Framework”. This solution will assist in automating and integrating manual processes used by different control organizations.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop, maintain and improve eGRC Portal used to: automate risk management functions throughout the company used to manage residual risks associated with control processes used to support Investors, Borrowers, and Regulators; communicate policies, standards, and procedures throughout the company to employees, contractors, third-parties, and investors; and manage compliance tasks of employees, contractors and vendors.
Creates data and metric systems to track operational workflows; maintains records of results and feedback. Analyzes data and metrics, identifies problem areas, and provides actionable insight to management.
Develop and maintain a solution roadmap and release strategy supporting the eGRC Portal used to direct priorities for improvements.
Provide training to key SMEs within each business area who will be responsible for configuring their eGRC Portal solutions in a development environment and employees providing production support.
Coordinate efforts by outside Service Provider resources required to escalate release changes for business units who augment the operational support budget used to fund changes to the eGRC Portal.
Migrate changes in the eGRC Portal development environment to the testing environment and facilitate user acceptance testing of coordinated releases.
Migrate eGRC Portal changes validated through user acceptance changes to the production environment.
Drives issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources. Leads technical bridges and provides troubleshooting direction. Functions with great autonomy and independently provides guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues within and outside the department.
Provides support to Security Compliance Managers to automate and integrate aspects of corporate security programs to ensure compliance with client, government and company security policies and procedures including verifying adherence to specific policies and ensuring policy compliance with government regulations. This includes personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
Develop dashboards and reporting metrics to provide executive leadership with views on residual risk throughout the enterprise.
Provides input to engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements. Provides consultative direction and develops long-term objectives and plans. Determines resources, technology, and course of action to achieve results.
Research technological advancements to ensure that security solutions are continuously improved, supported and aligned with industry and company standards.

Functional Job Competencies:
Experience with the 5.X platform and possess an understanding of the new configuration features and back-end processes.
Experience with the Archer security structure, data feeds/API, and workflow.
Experience working with SQL and XML technologies is highly desirable.
Implement and support application customization.
Configure Archer for content data feeds.
Installation of new software releases and system upgrades.
Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Solid understanding of Archer solutions.
Solid experience with Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2007, IIS v.7, .Net 4.0
