Our Houston, TX client located in Memorial City is seeking a Service Coordinator on a Temp to Possible Hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with capital equipment, a customer service approach to their work, and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. This is an opportunity to join a growing team that boasts zero-turnover and rapid advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interpret and approve mechanical drawings
Estimate equipment, field service and installation
Participate in meetings with engineers and customers
Dispatch and communicate with Field Service Techs
Assist with invoicing
Communicates well with customers is necessary
Ability and willingness to assist office in other areas as necessary
Requirements:
Knowledge of industrial machinery or material handling
1+ years experience in field service or customer service in a technical environment
Proficient with MS Excel and other MS products
Display excellent customer service skills when speaking with customers
High level of integrity and strong work ethic
