Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Sr. .Net Developer for our Dallas, TX client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.
Description and Requirements
Our agency focuses on three main marketing channels – digital, mobile, and social. Our clients request various levels of service within those channels.
This self-motivated, professional member of the delivery team is responsible for design & development of web based application with rich user interfaces. The ability to gather, interpret and implement on technical requirements in a consistent and effective manner is critical to this team member’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a deep understanding of best practice for enterprise architecture and application development.
Responsible for successfully designing, mapping, implementing and integrating complex back-end applications.
Develops, modifies, writes and implements user interface for large scale web sites and applications
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work under pressure, and deliver on time
Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing
Takes responsibility for the success of the project and the company
May direct and lead the work of others.
Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in commercial software development
Expert knowledge of: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Framework, XML and XSL
Expert knowledge of: Web Services, nUnit and Team Foundation Server
Expert knowledge of: Microsoft SQL Server(TSQL) and Oracle
Competent knowledge of at least one Content Management System or Personalization Platform or Community Platform or Social Networking APIs
Competent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience in working with IIS, Visual Studio .NET
Experience in working with Sitecore or SharePoint is a definite plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative team environment
